PROTOCOL1NE TRAINING
White-glove online personal training

A real coach.
An app that never forgets.

Your program is built from your questionnaire — your gym, your equipment, your injuries, your goals, and the time you can honestly give. Every exercise comes with a video and real instructions. Your coach watches the data. The app nudges you before you slip. Out of shape? Perfect — day one can be a ten-minute walk.

How it works

Personal training, rebuilt around your life.

1 · The questionnaire

Where you train — commercial gym, home setup, or no equipment at all. Your injuries, joint by joint. Any underlying conditions, screened the way professionals do it (and physician clearance first when it matters). And the honest question most trainers skip: how many days, and how many minutes, can you actually commit? The plan is built to fit your life — not the other way around.

2 · Your program

A plan generated for your exact setup, then reviewed and signed off by your coach — never a template dump. Every exercise has a demo video, setup cues, the mistake everyone makes, and what to do instead. Bad knee? The program already swapped the exercise.

3 · The data loop

Pair your wearable — sleep, steps, heart rate, workouts flow to your coach. Log your lifts in the app. When the data says you're sliding, you get a nudge before it becomes a lost week. When it says you're ready, the load goes up.

4 · The human

This is the part no app replaces. A real coach reviews your week, answers your questions, adjusts your program, and holds you to the standard you said you wanted. The automation handles the reminders — the coach handles you.

Your coach

"An app can count your reps. It can't care whether you showed up. That's my job."

I'm Daniel — a certified health, fitness, and nutrition coach. Every client gets a program I've personally reviewed, a weekly look at their numbers, and the truth about how their week actually went.

The app does what software should: reminders at the right moment, videos when you forget the setup, data I can act on. I do what a coach should: watch, adjust, and refuse to let you disappear.
